Shipping FAQ
Standard shipping times within the US typically range from 5 to 16 days.
The provided delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date your order is out for shipment, taking into account transit time. Delays may occur due to various factors like incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
No, import duties and any additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided during checkout once your payment has been processed. Your order will then begin to be processed.
Processing Time
Order processing can take up to 1-4 business days, which includes checking, packing, and sending your order to the post office. You will receive a tracking number via email after these procedures.
Orders placed after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be shipped the following week.
Order Payment
All customers are charged at the time of purchase, and all payments are made in USD (United States Dollars).
Separate Shipments
If you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately to expedite delivery. This could be due to warehouse locations and product availability. You might receive one item before the next, and you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
Order Cancellation and Change Request
We accept requests for order cancellation or changes within 12 hours of your order placement. Contact us at support@bonniekid.com. We're available 24/7.
Orders are processed immediately, so we cannot accept changes or cancellations after the 12-hour window. We'll still try our best to assist, but it's not guaranteed. If successful, a 15% cancellation fee may apply to cover production costs.
